My therapeutic orientation's core foundation revolves around a collaboration between Rogerian Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
